Our criminal defense client was charged with a felony robbery. Morgan Law Firm successfully defended the client, obtaining a case dismissal.
“John is such a good guy. I am glad I found you guys. I really appreciate your help.”-L.C.
“The pay garnishment worked. Thank you again to Mr. John Negley.” –A.R.
“In court Gina could see right through my ex. She’s good, I was impressed.” –M.M.
Our client was previously represented by other defense counsel and convicted of felony murder, mandating a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Morgan Law Firm filed a motion for a new trial, which was granted and subsequently upheld on appeal in a published opinion (People v. Callahan (2004) 124 Cal. App. 4th 198). Subsequently, Morgan Law Firm obtained an agreement reducing the conviction to voluntary manslaughter with a nine year sentence.
