Questions About Retaining Our Firm

A: No. We offer the payment plan as an option. Instead, you can choose to make an initial down payment and then pay your balance due in full every month. Just know that the monthly amounts due do can vary significantly depending on what is happening on your case on a particular month.

A: We really do our best to try to work with you and your individual financial situation. If the quoted down payment and/or payment plan is not within your budget, click on the above "Trouble with the Down or payment Plan Amount?" field above and fill in the Affordable Down and Monthly Payment Amount fields to let us know what is within your budget. You may also feel free to call, text, or email to discuss financial alternatives.

A: To retain our firm, we text or email you a secure web link to our Retainer Agreement form. You fill in your name, address, etc. and Submit it. Also, you provide us with your debit or credit card information via phone or we can text or email you a secure web link to our Payment Authorization form. You complete and submit this form. We can also process a ACH payment using your bank account and routing numbers if you prefer.
This avoids having to schedule appointments, drives to the office, taking time off of work, arranging babysitters, etc. or accommodates you if you are in a different county or state. However, if you prefer in person appointments, we can handle it that way too if you so desire.
